Redundancy Support In Summer 2021

The employment market is considerably challenging at this time. While many people are returning to work, the end of the furlough scheme means many jobs will be at risk.

If you are at risk of losing your job, or you have already been made redundant, you deserve support in stepping back onto the job market. This is a competitive time for job-seekers, but with the right training and support, you can make a big step forward.

We want you to feel confident about the process

With the help of a career’s advisor throughout the course, we want you to feel confident in your search for new work. If you have any questions about your current situation, or you are looking for guidance that allows you to move forward, please contact Global Solution Limited.

The training includes CV development, looking for job vacancies, developing skills and learning about the interview process. We can also advise you on how to prepare a cover letter or do some online research into what careers options are available in your area. If there is anything else we can help with then please get in contact!

Get ready to get back out into the world

If you haven’t had to search for a job in some time, the process might seem like a daunting task. Even if you have found a new job in recent times, the changing nature of the world today might make the process seem very different.

However, help is at hand. Many people feel the same as you, and at GSS, we are pleased to say we are helping people like you rebuild their confidence, and feel better placed to find a new job.

Develop a new mindset that will push your career forward

A successful job search isn’t just about finding a new role. It is about changing your mindset and building on what you have to offer in order to find the right opportunity for you. We know that it’s not always easy, but we are here to support you every step of the way!

You will need to develop skills in how you deal with other people, and how you present yourself to the world. The interview process is one of the most challenging aspects of searching for a new job, but you will not have to go through this activity alone.

We will provide you with a framework to build upon so that your time spent on this is not wasted. All of our courses are designed with an end result in mine, and we are committed to helping you feel confident about the tasks which lie ahead.

If you would like to learn more about how you can bounce back after a redundancy, we can help. At Global Solution Services, we offer a range of remote training courses, aimed at ensuring you move forward during these challenging times. You can find out more about our training support by visiting our site, or by contacting us online.
