GSS are an accredited training centre and we deliver accredited training courses such as retail skills, customer services skills, hospitality and other Level 2 NCFE and OCN accredited courses.
GSS have a Team of qualified and experienced Trainers who deliver both Accredited and Non-accredited Training courses that can be tailored to meet our individual clients needs.
We are able to offer bespoke Training courses to suit the requirerments of our clients and their staff/customers and our mixture of soft skill training such as communiation skills, motivation, and confidence building, leadership skills and many more are well received both individually and within the organisations.

GSS Team of Trainers are flexible in delivery and our writing Team are able to adapt and manipulate non-accredited training to make this bespoke to our clients needs so it can be more easily received by staff members and is pertinent to their areas of work.
Funded training courses
As a Government funded organisation GSS are often able to draw down funding to offer free bespoke training for employers and in some cases individuals. This allows many companies to offer invaluable Continual professional development training to staff who wish to progress in their careers at work.
