Based in South London, GSS has been delivering Training and Career guidance services since 2006 at varying locations across London and the surrounding counties. We work with clients from the Private, public, not for profit and global Enterprises across the UK and are proud of our reputation to be a provider of choice!
Delivering Careers Information & Guidance
Our pedigree and experience of delivering Careers Information and Guidance as part of the National Careers Service since 2010 across London. Delivered by a team of qualified and highly experienced Careers Advisers. Many of the team have worked for GSS for over 10 Years.
It is an entirely inclusive service supporting people with complex barriers to employment to those that are highly skilled and experienced that only require light touch support.
GSS continually stay abreast of the latest innovation in the Career Landscape such as AI, constantly updating Labour Market Information to inform careers planning discussions and updating skills to ensure interventions are relevant and motivational.
In this time we will have delivered around 90,000 careers interventions that will have seen around 30% of customers secure sustained employment and 40% of customers move into Learning or Training.
We boast a satisfaction rate of 97% of customers that is defined as them agreeing to have received a “high-quality service that has provided the Customer with advice that is relevant to their individual circumstances”; and
“A Careers and Skills Action Plan that contains clearly identified next steps and is accepted by the customer”
