We are able to offer bespoke Training courses to suit the requirements of our clients and their staff/customers and our mixture of soft skill training such as communication skills, motivation, and confidence building, leadership and Management skills and many more are well received both individually and within the organisations.

GSS Team of Trainers are flexible in delivery and our writing Team are able to adapt and manipulate non-accredited training to make this bespoke to our clients needs so it can be more easily received by staff members and is pertinent to their areas of work.

As a Government funded organisation GSS are often able to draw down funding to offer free bespoke training for employers and in some cases individuals. This allows many companies to offer invaluable Continual professional development training to staff who wish to progress in their careers at work.
