Resilience is the ability to recover and bounce back from adversity and hardship, feeling stronger and able to cope even under testing times. Due to the current COVID-19 situation many people will be experiencing greater levels of stress, anxiety and uncertainty. We are all having to cope with drastic changes in our home and working lives and this can affect mental health and productivity levels within businesses. Our resilience and wellbeing training provides you with practical strategies and mindset tools to strengthen and support mental, emotional and physical resilience in leaders, managers and team members. With greater levels of emotional resilience and mental wellbeing we can accept life changes, adapt and even thrive during adversity. Our interactive Resilience and Wellbeing Webinar training includes:

- Practical tips on building resilience within yourself and teams
- The importance of connection and supporting others within the workplace
- Tips and easy-to-apply tools to increase your wellbeing in work and life

Who should attend? This can be open to all staff members or alternatively you can book a bespoke Resilience & Wellbeing course for Managers/ Team Leaders, with a separate one for team members. Delegate numbers: Up to 8 per session

Our Trainers are also located in the North, South, East and West of London so classroom training can be arranged if this is preferential to you
