As part of our outreach activities we work with a range of customers to provide them with relevant vocational training and employability skills to prepare them to be productive members of the workforce. This offering extends to include in-work support and mentoring to ensure successful and sustained employment.

Outplacement Support

Our range of tailored training and one to one sessions ensures that all staff, from casual non-skilled through to the most Senior Executive Level will have tailored support that is suited to their needs, experience and learning levels. Our qualified and experienced Career Consultants have worked with over ten thousand individuals both within Public and Private sectors and proudly boast a success rate of 50% in supporting individuals into their chosen career.
Our bespoke support is tailored to the unique requirements of each organisation including internal opportunities and management of internal recruitment processes.
