(approx. 2 x ½ day Webinars per week + consistent and flexible access to remote support)

To assist and equip learners to understand the breadth of Public Sector roles and successfully navigate Public Sector recruitment processes
The Course will cover
- Introducing the breadth of roles and organisations in Public Sector
- Exploring Skills / Experience / Knowledge /Values relevant for Public Sector
- Identifying relevant Job-Sites / Recruitment Agencies for Public Sector Understanding Public Sector Competency Frameworks
- Responding effectively to Person Specifications on Application Forms
- Practicing Situational Judgement Test /Aptitude Tests
- Preparing for Competency-Based Interviews (including Video interviews)
- Practicing and getting feedback on Video-interviews
- Hearing from Public Sector employees to offer real life perspective of working within the Sector
- Maintaining resilience, well-being, momentum, and continuous improvement whilst making applications
- Access to consistent and flexible 1-2-1 support throughout, to review Applications / assist with Job-Search etc
