The GSS Outplacement team are trained professionals from a range of backgrounds including HR Resourcing, Graduate Recruitment, Recruitment Consultancy, Business Owners, and Life-Coaching, and our knowledge spans across an array of industries including health, finance, IT, commercial, central government and local government, and many more.
The common thread within the GSS Outplacement team however, is that we offer Outplacement Services from the perspective of the employer. Our team of Outplacement Consultants have themselves been employers or recruiters so can offer first-hand experience of what employers are looking for when considering candidates, whether this be when identifying vacancies, shortlisting CV’s, conducting telephone screening, assessing formal interviews, assessing performance at Assessment Centres, or compiling candidate criteria for Recruitment Consultants.
